Where are my PDFs?
Instantly delivered by email after payment. Check Spam/Promotions, search mail for “Tartaria”. If you created an account, PDFs are under My Account → Orders.
Shipping times
Processing: 1–3 business days. Shipping: usually 3–10 business days depending on region. You’ll receive tracking by email.
Payment failed / missing methods
If you opened checkout inside a social app, tap “Open in browser” to see all payment options (Apple Pay / Google Pay / cards). Learn more on our Payments page.
Change address or cancel
Email us ASAP with your order number. If the order hasn’t printed/shipped yet, we’ll update or cancel it.
