Is my card information stored?
No. Payments are processed by Stripe. Card data is encrypted and tokenized; we do not store your full card details on our servers.
Why don’t I see Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Wallet buttons show only on supported devices/browsers. If you opened our site inside a social-app browser, open the checkout in Safari or Chrome for full options.
When will I receive my order?
PDFs are delivered instantly by email. Hardcovers typically process in 1–3 business days; shipping is 3–10 business days depending on region.
I was charged but didn’t get anything—what now?
